Pro-life Organization Endorses Peggy Mayfield for State Representative
(Martinsville, IN)—Republican County Clerk Peggy Mayfield announced Tuesday the endorsement of Indiana Right to Life for her candidacy in the District 60 State Representative Republican Primary.
Indiana Right to Life joins Mayor Phil Deckard, former Morgan County Sheriff Robert Garner, Senator Brent Steele, Representative Tom Saunders, Mooresville Town Clerk Sandy Perry, former Mooresville Town Council President and current Brown Township Mark Harris in endorsing Mayfield’s candidacy.
“As a woman, a Christian, and a proud mother of four boys, I promise to defend the rights of the unborn if elected to the General Assembly,” said Peggy. “I am honored to have the support of an organization dedicated to preserving the sanctity of life and holding legislators accountable to pro-life issues.” The most important issues facing Hoosiers right now are job creation and government reform.”
Indiana Right to Life is a non-partisan, nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to preserving and protecting unborn children. They are a statewide affiliate of the National Right to Life Committee. Their website is www.irtl.org.
